Entrepreneurial Education & Innovation - Developing Entrepreneurial Mindset for Knowledge Economy

13th and 14th of May 2013 - Telford Innovation Conference Centre and the Ironbridge Gorge Museum

Preceded by a Welcome Reception in the Priorslee Lounge & Bar on the evening of Sunday the 12th, the 2 day high-profile international conference, aimed at strategic decision makers from across the globe, had as main goal the exploration of the global eco-system of entrepreneurial mind-sets and high growth strategies in innovation.

The collaborative event between the University of Wolverhampton and the Knowledge Economy Network (KEN) demonstrated, in front of over 50 attendees from the United Kingdom, Kenya, Belgium, Croatia and Oman, good practices of entrepreneurial activity and showcased cutting edge thinking in successful knowledge transfer projects under the ever scrutinising eye of professional conference chair Roy Sheppard. Roy created a continuously interactive atmosphere during the Iron Bridge Gorge Museum Dinner party that proved highly entertaining and stimulating to the point of being main topic of discussion on the second day breakfast meetings and the heritage visit to the Bliss Hill Victorian Town.

“I found the service both very professional, courteous and competitively priced. Rose and her team continually exceeded my expectations, taking away all the stress and strain normally associated with running high profile events. I would not hesitate to recommend Rose to others, or indeed use her services again”  Marc Fleetham MBA, Director, Business Solutions/Regional Knowledge Transfer Partnership Manager, University of Wolverhampton
