Membership and Association Management, also known as Secretariat Services, is a service offered by Opening Doors & Venues to support associations, societies and not-for-profit organisations looking for someone to take the pain of managing member recruitment, administration and financial matters.

Administration Support
We can manage the whole membership process from recruitment to retention including providing a managed central email for all enquiries; planning meetings with detailed agendas and managed minutes; membership updates and communications; new member registrations; and database management.
Membership Management
We will handle all communications around membership including online payments for subscriptions; membership upgrades and changes; promotion of events and membership recruitment campaigns; to give you the complete secretariat service.
Marketing Support
A dedicated website for membership which we can manage, as a central source of information for existing and new members to provide updates, the latest news and events information. It will include a members portal for registrations and changes to their records, and make payments for subscriptions and events.
We can support you with all aspects of brand design, the creation of attractive on-brand social media posts, email mailers to members, and design for printed collateral.
Finance
We will manage a dedicated bank account with full financial reporting to your Treasurer or Accountant. We will liaise with sponsors and exhibitors as well as members, and provide detailed reporting relating to individual events as well as membership.
